*on a side note* We had a bit of scare tonight which reminds us to BACK UP EVERYTHING. Took the computer in to the apple store to fix a silly stupid problem with adobe stuff and when they did the back-up to *fix* the problem they somehow missed backing up the folder that has ALL our photos stored in it. We know we need to make hard copies of things and most of the important things were stored on hard copy as well, but the fun shots, the candids I'd taken over the last few months hadn't been saved yet. It was heartbreaking to think we had lost 2 years of pictures of our sons life. So guess what we are doing with EVERYTHING we have now...oh yeah. backing it up. You really should too!! Time for a dot(mac) account for us I do believe. *end aside*
Soo, Adam and Jacob were headed back from the Apple store to Borders to find me where I had been getting Jacob a birthday present *OH MY GOODNESS his birthday is soon!* As they walked past the Bombay store Jacob saw the beds in the window and proudly announced "Bweep! dadi!!! bweep!" *translation Sleep, Dadi, sleep!!!* So in they went. They looked at the first bed and Adam laid him down and snuggled him into a pillow. He wiggled his head back and forth on the pillow burrowing in and looked up at Adam saying "Bwanket please!" So Adam folded the blanket over him and kissed him. Jacob looked up at his Dadi and said "Night night......shoes!" So Adam pulled off his Crocs and his feet were even filthier than the shoes had been, with a smile Adam covered him back up again. Very matter of factly and with great determination Jacob then said, "Pants! Off!" And that was where the line was drawn. Nope. Pants stayed on...but we truly realized that he was ready for bed and we should have been home hours ago.
