Mothers.

There are the kinds of mom's we are born with, and then there are the ones we inherit. Your best friend's mom quickly goes from being Mrs. So and so...to being mom, if she ever was Mrs. So and so to you at all. There are some women who are brought into our lives that quickly become very important people to us. It is not that we lose respect for the pain and the love our own mothers pour into us. But our hearts are opened up and a new kind of love is formed, not discounting the love we have for our own mothers. Each of these Mom's has an important role in our lives. I know that I personally have many "mom's"

One of my "mom's" was diagnosed with breast cancer today.
